We know you are far away from home and going through a really difficult situation, so rather than offering you something to entertain you, we want to give you a support guide for international students in the face of covid-19. With all the relevant information you should have on hand as a reference guide or in case of any emergency.

Food

If you need help to provide yourself with food during these days click here here and you will find a compact list of all the food banks in Australia:

For urgent access in Sydney, the best is OZ HARVEST. They have a supermarket on Anzac Parade in Kensington, where people in need can go to pick up food for free or there is also the option to make a small donation. They work Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

They are working in a special way in the face of the covid-19 contingency. Here you can learn about the logistics that are being handled at the moment.

Another organization that serves Australia-wide is FOOD BANK They offer food and only charge a handling fee which helps them to continue working and providing support to those in need.
